Welcome to Athlete Revolution Sports Training.
Since 2006, I’ve been training young athletes and adults who want to improve their fitness and athletic performance.
My experience spans all ages and sports, including hockey, lacrosse, soccer, football, baseball, basketball, golf, and figure skating. I customize every training plan to the athlete’s goals and sport-specific requirements. Hundreds of athletes have benefited from my program, including many who have gone on to play college sports at universities such as Alabama, Penn State, Brown, Colgate, Cornell, Vermont and the University at Buffalo.
My passion for sports training began the I was first introduced to strength training as a young athlete in middle school. That passion has never stopped. I began training athletes while in college, earned a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Health and Wellness, and continue to keep learning. I am Certified as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, which is the only certification recognized by collegiate and professional sports. I also hold a USA level 1 Track and Field certification that underpins the speed training coaching I provide to many athletes.
My goal is to be a catalyst for superior athletic performance with every athlete I work with, whether that means making it all the way to the pros or making their JV team, while doing so in a positive learning environment that makes athletes want to keep working and improving.
